Michael Jankie is a seasoned entrepreneur and magician, actively involved in various startups. Since February 2020, Michael has served as the founder of NATPAT, which was inspired by family experiences at Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. Additionally, Michael co-founded MailTumble in August 2020, a service that facilitates the secure sharing of customer email addresses while ensuring data privacy. Michael was also a co-founder of LeadChat, a customer service staffing solution, from July 2012 until February 2023, and PoweredLocal, which aimed to improve customer retention through loyalty databases, until its acquisition by Hownd, Inc. in March 2021. Educationally, Michael completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Dramatic Art in Lighting Design and Live Production from the Victorian College of the Arts, earned between 2000 and 2002.
