Macarena Azubel has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they started working as an Operations & Human Resources for MailTrack.io. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Planeta Huerto, first as a Category Manager Supermercado y Bebé & Niño, where they were responsible for creating an eco-friendly, dietary and natural cosmetic brand, defining the selection of products, searching for suppliers and negotiating prices. Macarena then moved on to become a Product Manager, managing the launch of a new category of products and conducting market research to identify leading brands. Lastly, they served as Country Manager Portugal.

Macarena Azubel has a diverse educational background. Macarena completed a Licenciatura in Psychology at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche from 2009 to 2014. In 2012-2013, they also completed a Licenciatura in Psychology at the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga. In 2017, they completed a Negociación at Fundesem Business School. Currently, they are pursuing a Máster in Dirección y gestión de Recursos Humanos at the Universitat d'Alacant. Additionally, they attended Colégio Rio Branco.
