Hayo P. has a solid work experience history, starting in 2001 with SAP as a Developer and later becoming a Project Lead from 2007 to 2011. After that, they worked at cleverbridge as a Director of IT from 2011 to 2017. Next, they joined Zurich Gruppe Deutschland in 2017, where they held the position of Head of Development Life IT until 2019. Currently, they are employed at mailo Versicherung AG as the CTO.

Hayo P. holds a Diploma/Master degree in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the CISSP certification from ISC2 in July 2011.
