Previous roles include Sales Enablement Training Manager at PlanSource, where Robert oversaw comprehensive sales training programs, and Director of Enterprise Compliance Training at Raymond James, responsible for compliance training initiatives. As the Founder of SteeleVantage Consulting, Robert provided strategic consulting to senior leadership teams, enhancing sales performance and leadership development. Additional experience includes senior leadership roles at ADP and Citizens Bank, where Robert developed leadership competencies, managed large-scale training operations, and fostered a culture of sales excellence.
