Debbie Fallis is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Shared Services Manager at Maidstone Borough Council since July 2018, Debbie previously held the role of HR Operations Manager at Commercial Services Group from September 2015 to July 2018. Prior to that, Debbie worked as HR Manager at Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd from 2008 to 2015 and at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2005. Debbie’s career in human resources began with a position as HR Advisor at Abbott from 2005 to 2008. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of East London School of Education and Communities, completed between 1996 and 1999.
