Anna Stevens is a highly experienced professional in the fields of heritage conservation and environmental management. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Heritage, Landscape and Trees at Maidstone Borough Council since August 2023, Anna leads a specialist team focused on enhancing the local environment's character. Previously, Anna worked as the Growing Kent & Medway M&E Manager at the University of Kent, where responsibilities included establishing strategic targets for an £18m program dedicated to sustainable innovation in plant-based industries. Anna's career at Canterbury City Council as Environment Team Leader involved advising on local planning documents and managing various ecological and community projects. Anna holds a First-Class Honours degree in Landscape Management from the University of Greenwich.
