With a background in sales and marketing, Shairbek has experience as a Sales Manager at POLTEKS TEKSTIL MAKINALARI and as a Marketing Associate at GUNWOO. Shairbek holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from GLOBIS University and a Bachelor of Social Science from the National University of Uzbekistan.
