Katie Butkus has extensive experience in sales operations and customer solutions, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Mahoney Environmental since November 2004. In this role, Katie manages crucial support functions to enhance sales team productivity, including planning, reporting, and sales process optimization. Notably, Katie implemented electronic signature capabilities using DocuSign in January 2018 and successfully integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the CRM tool for the sales team. Prior to Mahoney Environmental, Katie held various roles at Three Source from 1999 to July 2004, including Customer Service Training Manager and Call Center Supervisor. Katie holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Joliet Junior College.
