Harry Kurniawan is an Indonesian, born in 1974, appointed as Independent Commissioner in 2018. He acquired his Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya in 1997, Master of Management degree in 2004 at IPMI Business School Jakarta, and Master of Applied Finance and Investment at Securities Institute of Australia in 2005, and started his career in 1998 as Senior Manager at PT. Bapindo Bumi Securities. Then in 2008, he served as Managing Director of PT. Asia Kapitalindo Securities Tbk., He also served as Director of Corporate Finance PT. Makinta Securities from 2009 to 2011, and now he is Director of Corporate Finance at PT. Eagle Capital has experience handling various corporate transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as well as being a member of the Audit Committee of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk.
