Rehan Farias is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Mahindra Logistics Ltd. since April 2018, Rehan oversees various Centers of Excellence, focusing on leadership development, capability building, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Rehan was Deputy General Manager - Human Resources and Head of Learning & Organizational Development at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. from July 2014 to March 2018. Rehan also held the position of Associate Vice President - Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Ltd., managing HR business partnering and digital transformation efforts from February 2008 to July 2014, and began the career as a Specialist at Accenture Consulting. Rehan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and holds a High School Diploma from St. Theresa's High School Bandra.
