Somnath Jadhav has a background in the banking and finance industry, with experience working as a Field Officer at both ICICI Bank and Hdfc Bank. Currently, Somnath holds the position of Area Business Head at Mahindra Home Finance, where Somnath also has experience as a Territory Manager and Area Incharge. Prior to this, Somnath was a Cluster Manager at Mahindra Rural Housing Finance, overseeing territory's business, collection, and operation management.
