Yashwant Khare currently serves in the Human Resource department at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since June 2023. Previously, Yashwant held a Human Resources Intern position at Go Again Tours for a brief period in September 2022, where responsibilities included updating employee absence records, filing HR documents, and conducting background checks on shortlisted candidates. Yashwant has also gained experience in the hospitality sector as a Guest Services Associate at Sayaji Hotels Ltd from August 2019 to July 2021 and at Orange County Resorts & Hotels Limited from August 2017 to March 2019. Yashwant holds a Bachelor in Hospitality and Tourism from Jagran Lakecity University (2014-2017) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Sage University Bhopal (November 2021 - June 2023).
