Nilotpal Mishra serves as the Chief Manager of Human Resources at Mahindra Finance since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in HR management and system implementation. Prior to this role, Nilotpal was a Manager for Service Delivery & Digitisation at KEC International Ltd. from March 2022 to April 2024, and held the position of Assistant Manager in Corporate HR at Larsen & Toubro from May 2019 to March 2022. Nilotpal's expertise encompasses implementing HR systems, leading change management initiatives, preparing analytical dashboards for senior management, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Nilotpal began the career journey at TEKsystems, working in various software engineering roles, and gained HR experience as an intern at Larsen & Toubro. Nilotpal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University.
