Kriti Naik is a seasoned professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Mahindra Finance since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kriti held the position of Senior Executive and Management Trainee at Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd. from December 2022 to December 2024. Kriti began the career with a Human Resources internship at Tata Capital in mid-2022 and also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at IFortis Corporate in mid-2021. Academically, Kriti holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vivekanand Business School and a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar Institutions.
