Rajesh Kumar is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Hero MotoCorp since May 2019, Rajesh previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Welspun Flooring from January 2017 to May 2019. Prior roles include Vertical Head-HR at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Dy Manager-HR at India Today, Team Leader-HR at Adani Logistics Limited, and Executive HR at Indeutsch Industries Pvt Ltd. Rajesh holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Environment & Management, completed in 1999.
