Surya Reddy is a mechanical engineering professional with significant experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, Surya is engaged in finalizing and setting up a Module Assembly Line with a 7 lakh capacity, and establishing laser welding stations for module enclosures. Previously, at Simple Energy, Surya worked as a Senior Engineer focusing on lithium-ion cell setups for battery packs, and at Taikisha Engineering India Ltd. served as a Project Engineer managing cost analyses and project efficiencies. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at MUDRA DIES & PATTERNS PRIVATE LIMITED, maintaining quality control and safety, and Quality Engineer at Toolcon Systems, investigating non-conformances and conducting root cause analyses.
