Muthuvelavan Natarajan has a diverse work experience in multiple companies. Muthuvelavan started their career as a Deputy Engineer at Bharat Electronics in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Muthuvelavan then joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Programmer Analyst, where they were involved in software development for various car safety ECU products. In 2006, they joined Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, managing software development projects for car/truck radios and later took up the role of Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. In 2023, they joined Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] as a Principal Engineer - Department Head - Deputy General Manager.

Muthuvelavan Natarajan completed their education as follows:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, from 2013 to 2015.

- Diploma in Management in General Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, from 1998 to 1999.

- B.E. in ECE from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1993 to 1997.

- Completed 9th to 12th grade in Maths, Physics, Chemistry & Biology from S.V.V. Hr. Sec. School, Kullursandai, from 1989 to 1993.

- Completed 5th to 8th grade in Maths, Science, History & Geography from SMG School, Virudhunagar, from 1985 to 1989.

- Completed 1st to 4th grade in Maths, Science, Social Science from Panchayat Union Primary School, Kudipatti, from 1981 to 1985.
