Martina Hozjan began their work experience in 1992 as the Vice President of MAH Machine Company. Martina held this role for an unspecified amount of time. In 1999, they joined Tensor Group, Inc. as the Executive Vice President, a position they held until April 2012.

Martina Hozjan began their education at Lemont High School, where they completed their high school degree from 1988 to 1992. Following their high school education, Martina attended Loyola University Chicago from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management. Continuing their academic journey, Martina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business Relations from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
