Norbert Németh has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Norbert is currently working as a Java Developer Chapter Lead at Telekom HU since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at EPAM Systems from 2015 to 2020, where they held various roles including People Team Lead, Development Team Lead, and Lead Software Engineer. Before EPAM Systems, they worked at GE Healthcare as an Architect and Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Norbert also has experience at Qualysoft as a Software developer from 2013 to 2014. Norbert started their career at NETvisor Ltd. as a Software developer, later becoming a Software Architect and Project Manager from 2006 to 2013. Norbert also worked at Solectron and Nokia Networks as a Software developer in 2005.

Norbert Németh obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Programdesigner Mathematics from ELTE-IK. Norbert has also obtained additional certifications in various subjects such as building real-time web apps, Java memory management, Kotlin essential training, Java lambda expressions, Kubernetes, lean kanban, time management, developing secure software, introduction to management, and functional programming principles in Scala.
