Sonna Gabourel, CAM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at Magnolia Property Company since February 2020, focusing on budgets and asset management using platforms such as Entrata, Realpage, and Yardi. Prior to that, Sonna managed a Class A Townhome community at MAA from December 2016 to February 2018. Additionally, Sonna worked at Post Properties from 2008 to December 2016, overseeing various Class A communities and handling responsibilities such as staff management, budgeting, and resident retention. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Morgan Group Inc. from 1999 to 2008. Sonna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic from AIH, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
