Simon Beyer is an experienced project developer with a focus on residential projects currently at Magnolia Bostad AB since August 2021. Responsibilities include project development and execution, market analysis, permit documentation, procurement of consultants and contractors, financial management, land surveying, environmental certification, and quality assurance. Prior to this, Simon held the position of project leader at Betonmast Sverige from August 2020 to August 2021, overseeing project planning from tender to handover. Simon also served as a project leader at JM from February 2016 to August 2020, managing the development and design of residential and commercial properties. Earlier experience includes working as a constructor at Integra Engineering AB from June 2013 to February 2016, focusing on site-built structures. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building and Civil Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, acquired between 2010 and 2013.
