Lennart Koopmans has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lennart started their career in 1998 as the co-founder of N200, a subsidiary of PCT Data Systems where they developed a business plan and successfully executed it. From 2001 to 2008, they served as the CEO of Option Alt, specializing in internet marketing with a focus on creative and communication complexity. In 2010, they became the CEO of Goeiemode bv, a company that offered daily deals on A-brands. From 2014 to 2016, they were a co-owner of shopVIP.com, an exclusive online shopping community. In 2008, they founded Moddix, a company focused on innovation and business model development. Currently, they are the CEO of Magnius, an intelligent payment platform. Additionally, since 2019, they have been serving as a Council Member at GLG, an advisory role in the payments industry for global retail and e-commerce companies.
Lennart Koopmans attended Leiden University from 1999 to 2000, where they focused on Mathematics. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Earlier in their education, from 1989 to 1995, they attended Sint Adelbert College in Wassenaar, where they completed their VWO.
