Michael Pommerening, RCMS, currently serves as the Commercial Document Supervisor at Magnifi Financial, overseeing the Commercial Document Prep staff and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations since March 2022. Previously, Michael managed the Mortgage Department at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union as the Mortgage Operations Manager from November 2019 to January 2022, providing guidance to staff and processing loan applications. Michael's tenure at Wells Fargo lasted nearly a decade, during which roles included Complaints/Executive Office Manager, Flood Services Manager, Business Liaison Associate, and Consumer Banker Connection/Resolution Team member, focusing on operational management and customer complaint resolution. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bemidji State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
