Mary McPheat (Campo) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Grounded Logic since May 2024 and the Vice President of Operations at Magnetude Consulting since March 2021, Mary has held various leadership roles at Primacy from May 2011 to March 2021, including VP of Operations and Director of Project Management, where responsibilities included overseeing integrated marketing efforts and process optimization for higher education clients. Prior to Primacy, Mary held project management positions at Tribal DDB and G2, managing multi-million dollar projects across diverse media for leading brands. Mary holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and has studied at Università Bocconi.
