Engi Lotfi has extensive work experience in the customer service and training field. They began their career as a Customer Service Expert at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in March 2015. After a few months, Engi moved to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) where they held the position of Senior Training Officer from October 2015 to July 2021. At FAB, Engi was then promoted to Training Manager and worked in that role until October 2022. Currently, Engi is employed as an AVP Customer Service at Magnati, starting in October 2022.
Engi Lotfi attended Emirates Private School from 1994 to 2006, where they pursued the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). Subsequently, they enrolled at Future University - Egypt to study Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine. No specific start year or end year was provided for this degree.
