Erik Mack currently serves as the National Channel Partner Manager at Magna5, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Erik was the Senior Channel Manager at Fusion Connect from July 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing channel sales strategies and co-selling with agent partners, particularly focusing on revenue growth in regions such as Western PA, OH, MI, and IN. Erik also managed the Mid-Atlantic Sales Region during a transitional period. Prior experience includes a role as Channel Manager - Agent Account Executive at Consolidated Communications from October 2018 to December 2020, where channel sales strategies were developed to enhance market share in multiple states. Erik Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has pursued additional education, including sales accreditations from SentinelOne Partner University and Fortinet.
