Erik Mack has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erik currently holds the position of Channel Partner Manager at Magna5, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, Erik worked at Fusion Connect as a Senior Channel Manager from 2021 to 2022, where they developed and executed channel sales strategies, identified new business opportunities, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Before that, they served as a Channel Manager - Agent Account Executive at Consolidated Communications from 2018 to 2020, where they drove revenue growth and managed a team of channel agencies, sales teams, and leadership. Erik also worked at Comcast Business as a Senior Business Account Executive from 2015 to 2018, consistently achieving monthly revenue goals and leading sales efforts into new markets. Erik began their career at YP, The Real Yellow Pages® as an Account Manager in 2013, working with local businesses to provide marketing solutions. Prior to that, Erik held the position of Account Manager at Verizon Information Services from 2005 to 2013, where they managed business accounts and was recognized for their sales achievements. Their work experience also includes a role as an Account Executive at Choice One Communications from 2003 to 2005.

Erik Mack's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1993 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate certificate from Fortinet in January 2022.
