Karen Karvat is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Magna International since May 2012, Karen has held various significant positions within the company, including Associate General Counsel & Compliance Officer and Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Magna International, Karen worked as a lawyer at Goodmans LLP from October 2003 to May 2012. Karen holds an LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, earned between 1999 and 2002, and a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completed in 1999.
