Prerna Bairwa is currently a Research Intern at Turing Advocaten in collaboration with TILT Clinic and an Editor for SecJure at Magister JFT, both positions held since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Associate at UFO Moviez India Limited, where responsibilities encompassed drafting cookie statements, privacy policies, and various legal agreements, and as an Associate with ANM Global focused on the media and entertainment sector. Additional roles include an Associate position at Maadhyam Law Associates, where Prerna worked on legal documents related to the entertainment law and data protection, and freelance contract drafting through Upwork. Earlier internships included positions at K&S Partners, AICHLS, UKCA and Partners, and Madhukar Law Firm. Prerna is pursuing a Master of Laws in Law and Technology at Tilburg University and holds a Bachelor's degree in BA.LLB (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
