Nikhil Wadhwa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President at Motilal Oswal Private Equity since September 2017, Nikhil has also held the position of Associate Vice President at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and assumes board observer roles for multiple companies including Happilo, Ganesh Grains Limited, and N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at Mahindra & Mahindra and Associate Vice President in Private Equity at GE Capital.
