Sifiso Mnisi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sifiso began their career at Sterns Jewellery as a sales consultant from January 2007 to February 2008. Sifiso then worked at Foschini as a sales consultant from February 2009 to February 2010.

In 2008, Sifiso joined Cyber Internet Cafe as a customer service consultant, where they worked until March 2012. During this time, they gained valuable experience in customer service.

From March 2012 to January 2015, Sifiso worked at Datacentrix as a Support Engineer. In this role, they managed internal IT systems, including printers, workstations, notebooks, servers, IP Phones, and routers. Sifiso also oversaw roll-out projects, asset tagging, and site surveys. Sifiso collaborated with the service desk to ensure efficient task completion.

From November 2019 to February 2022, Sifiso worked as an Euc specialist at KPMG South Africa. In this role, they specialized in end-user computing and provided technical support to the organization's employees.

Sifiso then joined SA Taxi in February 2021 as an Applications Administrator. Sifiso held this role until April 2023, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining applications vital to the company's operations.

Currently, Sifiso is working at MagicOrange as a DevOps Engineer, starting from April 2023. Their responsibilities in this role are not yet specified.

In 2020, Sifiso achieved the Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow. In 2022, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Additionally, in 2023, Sifiso is projected to earn the Cost Model Apprentice Certification and the Cost Model Magus Certification from MagicOrange.
