Hunter Cote has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an Operations Summer Intern at the Rhode Island Office of the General Treasurer. The following year, in 2014, they interned as a Merchandising Intern at Converse. In 2015, they joined Wayfair as a Relationship Manager, where they successfully led a redesign project, managed a portfolio, and negotiated cost savings. In 2018, they pursued web development as a student at General Assembly and later worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Loyyal, where they designed and built a website to enhance customer leads and conversion rates. Currently, since 2020, they are employed at Magic as a Software Engineer and previously held the role of Customer Success Engineer.

Hunter Cote received a High School Diploma from The Wheeler School in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Connecticut College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Government and Economics. In 2013, they also studied Global Economics at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
