Misty Mendiola's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 1995, they started working as a Business Analyst at Micron Technology and held that role until 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Business Analyst at TEKsystems. In 2012, Misty joined Micron Technology again, this time as the HR Global Payroll Lead until 2016. In 2018, they became an HR Consultant at Return Leverage. In 2019, Misty took up the role of Event Coordinator at IDAHO OPTOMETRIC PHYSICIANS INC. And most recently, in November 2021, they became the Director of Operations and Product Co-Founder at Magic Button Labs.

Misty Mendiola has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Boise State University. Misty also holds two Associate of Arts (AA) degrees, one in Accounting and another in Finance, from the College of Southern Idaho.
