Swati Kukreti is currently the Deputy General Manager-Trainings at Magic Bus India Foundation. Prior to this, Swati worked as a Senior Manager-Learning and Development at NIIT Foundation, where Swati focused on curriculum planning and development to enhance employability opportunities for underprivileged youth. Swati has a background in social work and education, and has experience in handling and implementing CSR programmes, volunteer management, and content development. Swati has also been involved in conducting trainings, workshops, and awareness activities on social issues.
