Chamonix Rodriguez has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll, currently serving as the Global Compensation, Benefits, & Payroll Leader at Magento Commerce since January 2016. Prior to this role, Chamonix held the position of Sr. Manager of Compensation and HRIS at Rubicon Project from December 2013 to December 2015. Chamonix also worked as Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Green Dot Corporation from January 2010 to August 2013, and as a Compensation Analyst at both E! Networks from July 2007 to October 2009 and Indymac Bank from 2004 to 2007. Chamonix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from California State University, Los Angeles, earned between 2004 and 2006.
