Laura de Molière

Laura de Molière is a Partner and Co-founder at decision-context, a consultancy focused on utilizing behavioral sciences to foster behavior change through interventions and campaigns. Since 2016, Laura has served as an Honorary Senior Research Associate at UCL and has been an Associate at MAGENTA since October 2022. Laura founded and led the Cabinet Office Behavioural Science team from 2019 to 2022, addressing significant policy and communication challenges, and was also Head of Behavioural Science for EU Exit Communications. Prior experience includes leadership roles in the Department for Work and Pensions and as a Senior Behavioural Scientist at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Decision Sciences and Social Cognition, from UCL, where a Bachelor of Science in Psychology was also obtained. Education was completed with an Abitur from Schuldorf Bergstraße.
