Oscar Perez serves as the Head of the Math Department and teaches high school mathematics, as well as Advanced Placement Math and Physics at Magen David Academy since July 2017. Concurrently, Oscar has been a physicist at Universidad Sim贸n Bol铆var, involved in condensed matter and granular labs since September 2009. Prior to these roles, Oscar taught math and physics at Colegio Santiago de Le贸n de Caracas from August 2012 to July 2017 and held a middle school physics teaching position during the 2013-2014 academic year. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Physics from UCAB - Universidad Cat贸lica Andr茅s Bello, and a Physics Degree in Complex Systems from Universidad Sim贸n Bol铆var.
