Mirla Cristina Castillo Jiménez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Magen David Academy since July 2021, where responsibilities include guiding and supporting staff and managing employment contracts. Previous roles include specializing in organizational development at ARDEN & PRICE, INC. from February 2015 to July 2021, where client acquisition and candidate profiling were key functions. Prior to that, Mirla served as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at Hard Rock Hotel Panama Megapolis, contributing to employee welfare programs for over 800 staff members.
