Jimmy Merell's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Jimmy started their career at Cloetta Fazer as a Salesman from January 2005 to February 2006. Then, they worked at FutureCAD AB as a Salesman from March 2006 to June 2010. From June 2010 to January 2012, they served as a Business Manager at Dfind. Jimmy then joined Webropol Sverige AB as a Salesperson from an unknown start date to February 2014. Following that, they became the Regional Sales Manager at STUDENTWORK SHARPER AB from March 2014 to April 2016. Jimmy then worked at Dfind IT as a Business Manager from May 2016 to May 2019. From June 2019 to April 2022, they held the position of Business Manager at Randstad Sweden (previously Dfind IT). Currently, Jimmy Merell is the CEO of Magello Group since April 2022.

Jimmy Merell attended Sälj & Marknadshögskolan from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Kvalificerad Säljare/Marknadsförare with 40p. Jimmy then continued their education at the same institution from 2003 to 2004 and completed a degree in Internationell Säljare/Marknadsförare with 80p. Both degrees were obtained in Solna.
