Brendan Rice has a diverse range of work experience. Brendan began their career at Xenith as a Marketing & Communications Summer Intern in 2010. Following this, they worked as a Production Intern at WPRI Media, where they gained experience in researching, uploading footage, and assisting the public relations team. In 2011, they joined Virtual Databse Services as a Marketing Intern and later became a Marketing Associate at Sagamore Group, Inc. Brendan then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Med-IQ CE from 2013 to 2015.

Rice's longest tenure was at Magellan Jets, where they held multiple roles. Brendan started as a Digital Marketing Associate in 2016 and eventually became a Marketing Manager, Content and Partnerships. Additionally, they served as the Chair of the Magellan Jets Pay It Forward Committee, organizing events and fundraisers for charitable causes. Rice was also a Private Aviation Consultant at Magellan Jets before being promoted to Senior Private Aviation Consultant in 2023. Throughout their time at Magellan Jets, they coordinated community events, organized donation drives, and managed a Hurricane Harvey donation program that received recognition in Robb Report.

Brendan Rice attended Bryant University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended Lasalle Academy from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Brendan obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in June 2016.
