David Sawyer possesses extensive experience in human resources and compliance, with a career spanning several leadership roles in various organizations. Since October 2005, David has held multiple director-level positions at Magellan Health, including Director of HR Compliance, Director of HR Operations Effectiveness, and Director/Vice President of Workforce Planning. Prior to this, David served as Vice President of Staffing & Employment at OSI Support Services, Inc., and as Vice President of Human Resources at CPI Corp. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources/Employment Services at Brown Shoe Company, Regional Human Resources Manager at OfficeMax, Corporate Human Resources Manager at Hardee's Food Systems, and various human resources roles at Rose's Stores, Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
