Ben Treutler possesses extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving in multiple roles, including Director of Property Management and Director of Operations at Magellan Development Group LLC since April 2017. Previously, Ben held the position of Property Manager at Wirtz Realty Corporation, overseeing 698 apartments and a team of 18, where significant increases in occupancy and rental income were achieved. Early career roles include management positions at Monogram Residential Trust, RMK Management Corporation, and Chicago Apartment Finders, where Ben demonstrated a strong ability to enhance occupancy rates and implement effective leasing strategies. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from National Louis University.
