Todd Kaempfer has extensive experience in the aerospace and foundry industries, currently serving as Tooling Manager, Process Engineer, and Programmer at Magellan Aerospace Limited since 2016. In this role, Todd produces aluminum and magnesium castings for notable aerospace clients, managing all tooling-related tasks and collaborating with customers to resolve issues. Prior to this, Todd worked as a Pattern Maker and Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products Corp from 2009 to 2015, where responsibilities included building tooling for foundry operations using CAD and SolidWorks. Todd began the career at Bigelow Aerospace from 2007 to 2009 as a Computer Numerical Control Programmer, developing prototype parts for national space agencies and major clients such as Boeing and SpaceX. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Brookfield High School.
