Pascal Chazal serves as the CEO of Zen MODULAR, a digital platform that enhances interactions between real estate clients and modular manufacturers, offering the first online catalog for managed residency modules. In addition, Pascal Chazal is the CEO of Hors-site Conseil, which specializes in off-site construction consulting, aiding project owners and companies in transitioning to industrialized methods. As the CEO of Campus Hors-site®, educational programs are provided to adapt to industrialized construction methodologies. Pascal Chazal also leads the magazine HORS-SITE, addressing challenges in modern construction amidst population growth and climate change. Prior experience includes founding Woodstack and Aqua Logis, which innovated in wood construction and prefabricated bathroom production respectively, alongside the long-term leadership at Ossabois, a leading French wooden construction firm. Education is primarily autodidactic.
