Marietta Bak Seemholt currently serves as the Head of People & Culture Stores, Payroll & Legal at Magasin du Nord, where responsibilities since January 2023 include overseeing HR, recruitment, payroll, and legal affairs across seven store locations with a team of 12 specialists. Prior to this role, Marietta was the Head of People Administration & HR Legal for the same number of stores and approximately 2000 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Secretary General for the AutoBranchens Arbejdsgiverforening, which was merged with Dansk Erhverv, and as Executive Director of AutoBranchens Arbejdsgiverforening from 2015 to 2019. Marietta's earlier roles encompass positions in various legal and HR capacities, including at Accountor Denmark A/S and Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from Aalborg University, complemented by leadership training at CBS Executive Fonden.
