Mikhail Sharipov is an experienced project manager currently working at MAG Development since January 2021, focusing on ERP system transitions and WMS implementation through business requirement gathering and comprehensive project planning. Prior to this role, Mikhail served as a Product Owner and Project Manager at Russian MeatProducts from August 2013 to December 2019, leading IT project management and the full cycle of product development using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including business process analysis, mathematical modeling, UX/UI design, and testing. Additionally, Mikhail held the position of Head of Labor Economics Department, overseeing the automation of payroll processes and providing methodological support for lean production initiatives. Mikhail holds a Master of Economics degree in Labor Economics from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
