Richard Beasley, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Richard currently serves as a NETMOD Principal System Engineer at MAG Aerospace since May 2021. Previously, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Fusic 365 LLC starting from June 2019.

From 2012 to 2021, Beasley held multiple positions at H2LNO, including Principal NETMOD System Engineer and Senior Trainer. Prior to that, they worked as the Configuration Manager/SharePoint Administrator at CREC from October 2011 to June 2012.

Beasley's career began in the US Army in 2008, where they served as a Training NCO and was responsible for managing various tasks, such as maintaining Sharepoint, managing Citibank accounts, and serving as the Defense Travel Administrator (DTA) for the Brigade. Richard also worked as a Configuration Manager at RLM Communications in 2011.

Before their military service, Beasley worked as the Telecommunication Chief at A Co. 67th Expeditionary Signal Battalion from October 2006 to May 2008. Prior to that, they served as the Switch Systems Chief at A Co. 67th Signal Battalion from August 2005 to September 2006. Richard started their career as an A-node at 442nd Signal Bn from 1994 to 1997.

Richard Beasley, MBA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Homeland Defense from Strayer University. Richard furthered their education at Strayer University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in IT Security Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard has obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional, Certified Ethical Hacker, CISM, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching, MCTS: SharePoint 2010 Configuration, SEC+, and A+.
