Leonard Mygatt is an accomplished Systems Engineer and executive with extensive experience in technology development and management. Currently serving in various roles at MAG Aerospace since January 2020, including Systems Engineer and Director of Solutions Engineering, Leonard has a rich history in the field, having previously held managerial and directorial positions at MAG Aerospace, BOSH Global Services, and 5 Examples, Inc. Notably, during a decade at Summus Inc., Leonard transitioned the company from a boutique R&D firm to a profitable public software development corporation, cultivating strong partnerships with major industry players. Earlier career accomplishments include significant contributions to pioneering technologies at Magnavox Electronic Systems Company and Magnavox. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication Systems from UC San Diego.
