Ben Schroeder is a Structures Engineer at SpaceX, focusing on payload hardware development for the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launch vehicles since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ben was the Founder and President of the Harvard Rocket Propulsion Group, leading a 50-person student engineering team in developing liquid propulsion systems with sponsorship from Blue Origin and others. Ben has held various positions, including Falcon Engineering Intern and payload and bus roles within the Harvard Satellite Team, as well as Engineering Intern at Launcher, contributing to engine development and testing initiatives. Additionally, Ben gained experience in consulting and policy through roles in the Harvard College Consulting Group and the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University.
