Ralston Balzer is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at A.P. Moller - Maersk since September 2024, Ralston previously held roles including General Manager and Senior Operations Manager at ODW Logistics from October 2020 to September 2024. Prior to that, Ralston worked at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in various capacities, including Distribution Manager and DTC Operations Manager, overseeing production control in the direct-to-consumer department. Ralston also has experience as a Defensive Coordinator for Westerville North High School Lacrosse, and in numerous supervisory roles in operations at Exel, managing teams and improving efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Mercyhurst University.
